Forming Section

Press Section
The press section of a paper machine is the intermediate between the forming and drying section, the rollers and presses of this step are used to reduce the water content of the sheet of paper formed and consolidate its structure.

Drying Section
The drying of the sheet is the most expensive operation of paper manufacturing, during the drying stage the sheet of paper passes through a series of rollers and presses coated with anti-adhesive materials and resistant to high temperatures and water vapor.

Calendering Section

Tissue Paper Machine
The tissue paper machine is a special paper machine that manufactures a tissue sheet with characteristics of elasticity, softness, volume and absorption that are perfect for consumption in the domestic and health sector among others.
Tissue paper is characterised by its low specific weight, normally between 15 and 30 gr/m2, and by creping, that is to say, a micro wrinkle that presents on all its surface.
