These coatings are extremely hard, elastic, highly resistant to abrasion and with excellent adhesion to the metal core.
Broadly speaking, composite materials for roll coverings are materials formed by two or more differentiated components, with a clear interface. Nanorock
This is a Composite coating designed to withstand the most demanding working conditions as a Hard Press. This coating is recommended for the following paper machine positions:

Both the raw material used and the manufacturing method allow us to achieve excellent finishes. With a press coated in Nanorock we can use all types of squeegees increasing their life by maintaining the surface roughness of the paper presses in good conditions for a longer time.
Nanorock is a technical coating resistant to alcohol, acetone and the acids and chemicals generally used in the production of paper, pulp and paperboard. It is resistant to short exposures to dilute caustic solutions and petroleum.
Nanorock composite coating is specially formulated to improve abrasive wear resistance by increasing the life of the paper press between regrinds.
