The Polyurethane Division has been integrated into the structure of Tecno-Caucho Rolls & Covers since 1988, being specialized in the development of new qualities of polyurethanes for roll covers, technical wheel parts and presses, aside from the improvement of the existing ones. Our polyurethane coverings are developed to obtain the best resistance to wear through abrasion, friction or chemical attack.

We dispose of qualities specifically developed to enhance low temperature performance, increase the hydrolysis and hysteresis capacity, or for work with oils and solvents. Our polyurethane coatings for wheels and pulleys can also be conductive and antistatic. .

We continuously incorporate special qualities to work with temperatures superior to 100ºC maintaining the mechanical properties of the cover, with especial abrasion resistance. At present Tecno Caucho Rolls & Covers owns one of the most advanced manufacturing plant of polyurethane covers existing to the date, our own technology allows us to cover any roll with most advanced technology, final quality and allowing us to give unique properties.

We can apply PUR covers to anything, starting from a small wheel and up to a roll of 100 tons and 15 meters of length, with a diameter up to 2,4 meters, with a guarantee of the top quality of the polyurethane cover and of its finished surface.
